Family Law - Answer and Counterclaim
Although the Maine courts do not provide standard Answer forms for defendants in family law cases (and the court will accept FM-020 Entry of Appearance in lieu of an Answer), we have prepared these forms for defendants who wish to file a more formal Answer and Counterclaim:
