Pro Bono Opportunities

KIDS LEGAL and the Volunteer Lawyers Project have teamed up to develop a pro bono program for Maine attorneys interested in donating their services to low-income children with unmet legal needs. The project will be launched in the fall of 2005. Although the program is not currently running, there are plenty of pro bono opportunities right now. Please contact Sara Meerse at KIDS LEGAL or Mary Richardson at the Volunteer Lawyers Project to find out more about the types of legal representation children need in your community.
