WCHS News interview with Will Lund Director of Maine's Office of Consumer Credit Regulation
In this September 2009 interview state official Will Lund explains the new Maine law that
will give homeowners an extra chance to avoid foreclosure. Lund advises homeowners to:
get help early on,
try to negotiate with your loan officer before you default, and
use the new court
mediation process (scheduled to start in all Maine courts by January 2010).
